Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Stan Ray® woven labels and swing tags remain intact.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
